Riverside Meadows Bed & Breakfast is located 23 miles from Wolf Creek Ski Area, 4 miles from the Rio Grande Club Golf Course, and 4 miles from restaurants, groceries, and gas stations in South Fork.

We are a non-smoking Inn.

Kids are welcome!  Parents assume all responsibility for their children and need to know the risks associated with being on the banks of a river.   

We accept pets, ONLY in the apartment cabin, with reservations.  Pets should never be left unsupervised and owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.

The hot tub is maintained daily and is for guests use only. There is NO on sight supervision.  No glass containers are allowed in the Hot Tub.  Kids are allowed with parental supervision.

Guests assume all risks and responsibilities associated with being on a river.  Please keep a close eye on your kids and pets.

ACTIVITIES

Fish<<<<Golf<<<<Hike>>>>Raft>>>>Ski>>>>Theatre

FISH- Feel free to throw a line in from our 700 ft of river access.  For those more adventurous, use our raft outfitted for fishing and spend a day on the river.  If you would rather have a guide, let us book a reservation with one of the local fishing guides.   There are also a number of lakes and reservoirs nearby for fishing.

GOLF- The Rio Grande Club, just a few miles away, was rated in the top ten for new courses in the U.S. in 2003.  As members of the club we can offer our guests great golf deals, play this Championship course for $55.00 including cart as an unaccompanied guest or $45.00 as a guest if I am able to play along.  Let us know and we will be happy to book a tee time for you.

HIKE- There are hundreds of miles of trails in the nearby Rio Grande National Forest, BLM lands, or state lands, including the Continental Divide Trail.  We will be glad to help you locate a trail.

RAFT- Put in or take out right at your doorstep or from our launching area.  You will find class I water from South Fork to Del Norte and some class I and II from Creede to South Fork, class III and IV waters can be found in the Box Canyon of the Rio Grande when water levels are high.  We will be happy to set you up with a raft or one of our inflatable kayaks for use on the class I waters only. 

SKI- Wolf Creek Ski Area with the most snow in Colorado, only 23 miles away.  For our ski package we offer a $5 per person per day cash rebate when you show us your Wolf Creek lift ticket.  We also have a half mile cross country  ski loop on our property, weather permitting, or ski other groomed trails nearby.

Creede Repertory Theatre- The theatre is located in Creede, about 30 miles from here.  From South Fork you will take one of Colorado's Scenic Byways (HWY 149) along the Rio Grande River.  Guests staying at Riverside Meadows B&B can receive a 10% discount off tickets prices for shows at theatre.
